Information about the processing of personal data

2. Personal data we process

We process the information you provide in the form:

• your name and the name of your farm or company;
• your telephone number and email address;
• animal species and number of animals;
• the contents of your message and subsequent communications.

When the form is submitted, the form provider may also process technical data, particularly the IP address, submission time and information needed for security and spam prevention.

Do not include another person's personal data, human health data or other special-category personal data unless this is necessary and you have a lawful basis to do so.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the data to receive, assess and respond to your inquiry, communicate about GARLIBOOST and prepare for possible business cooperation.

If you make the inquiry in your own name or are a prospective contracting party, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

If you act for a farm or company, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, managing customer relationships and protecting the form against misuse under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use the data for electronic marketing without a separate legal basis.

4. Whether the data is required

Providing the data is not a statutory or contractual requirement. We need the fields marked as required to assess and answer the inquiry; the form cannot be submitted without them. You may also provide your information in writing to the controller's postal address.

5. Recipients and processors

Access is limited to people who need the data to handle your inquiry. We may disclose the data to the following categories of recipients:

• authorised personnel and contractors of UNO s.r.o.;
• Formspree, Inc., which receives, stores and delivers the form as a processor, and providers of email, hosting and IT services;
• public authorities or professional advisers where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Formspree operates infrastructure in the United States. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. 7. Retention period

We retain the inquiry and related communications for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive communication if no business relationship begins.

If the communication leads to a contract, or data is needed to comply with a legal obligation or protect legal claims, the relevant data is retained for the period required by law or until the applicable limitation period expires. Copies stored in Formspree are deleted under the same rules.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
• request erasure or restriction of processing;
• receive data in a portable format where the right to data portability applies;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or seek a judicial remedy.

We will respond without undue delay, normally within one month. We may request proportionate additional information to verify your identity. Mark your request GDPR and send it to the controller's postal address or through the inquiry form.

9. Automated decision-making

UNO s.r.o. does not use the form data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Formspree may use automated tools for spam detection and form security.
